Kapas Heights, the new talk of the town in Bukit Bandaraya, Bangsar. Designed by an award-winning Architectural firm, this luxury condominium is a low-density residential development with only 33 units of the condominium. Acknowledging the importance for buildings to respond to the Malaysian weather, an environmentally-friendly green design has been utilised for the Kapas Heights project. The building incorporates 3.9 meters of Breezway Altair Louvre Windows installed into the Easyscreen System within the kitchen area of the penthouse. Breezway Altair Louvre Galleries have also been incorporated into different areas throughout each unit in the condominium to bring natural light and fresh air into the indoor environment for occupants to enjoy and live in comfort.
